Awesome Book and illustrations were great. I was referred by a friend to read this (Gavan Gator). I’m actually going to buy the hard copy now to read to my nieces when I see them next. I grew up playing tennis and sports and definitely believe all kids should stay healthy and active. This book definitely exemplifies that.
My daughter loved the book. Easy to read and understand. She is 8 yrs old and has been playing for a couple of years. She received an A.
Good for a three-year-old. Tennis books are hard to find for this age, but my grandson loves it.

When I read this book aloud to children or had them read it silently, they were completely attentive to every page. They enjoyed Murphy Bear and all the characters. They liked the humor, action, and they were learning about tennis. I have also read it to thirty youth librarians in one room. They loved it! The illustrations are super!
I thought the book was cute...but cover could have been a little thicker. More like a hard cover. Being a tennis professional I would like this book to be in my grandsons library a long time.

This introduces him to new friends- and a new life style. The story unfolds with charming color illustrations that introduce young readers to the rudiments of technique and how to play the game.
