We loved the first book and were really excited to see a second. This one just felt a little too much like the first to be a great book.

The book is a wonderful continuation of the first, bringing joy and creativity to the timeless children’s song. My boys love the series, and it even inspired them to find some scrap wood and start their own boat project. They even took note of their experiences by writing a faux resume on a piece of that scrap wood. We don’t know what they will do with that resume, but it shows the creativity and excitement this book series generates. Can’t wait for the next installment!
Every page is a slow build up to a fantastic and sweet ending. It is a very nice story with wonderful illustrations. My two kids made me read it to them twice the first night and it will be part of our regular rotation. My daughter has already asked to bring it to school to read to her friends. We can't wait to find out what Old MacDonald has next.
Wow, Steve Goetz is at it again! This book series is the favorite of my kids Mitch and Serge. They were so excited when they heard there was a new one coming they almost completely destroyed their bedroom door to get to the delivery! This edition didn't disappoint, well written as usual!
