Small streamer here, been doing it on and off for about a year now. The book has some great ideas that truly do help if you are starting out in this very competitive live broadcasting world. I would say give it a read and try the tricks, as a small streamer, they do help with learning the reality of what it takes to be a streamer and doesn't sugar coat, just to try and sell more books. Very nicely done.
That is the advice this book gives you. Do what everyone else is doing but be more original about it, also be lucky. Nothing in this book could not be found in a Google search and a couple of blog posts.

I like how simple the tips are, going straight to the point and giving useful examples to see for yourself
Amazing read, I myself a streamer for going on 4 years heard most of this advice by word of mouth from other streamers over the years, but found things I never thought about, or brought new light to things I already knew from this book.
I flew through this book and enjoyed every bit of it. There's great advice within it but more importantly it's well organized and delivered in a way that everyone can understand. It doesn't get overly technical or lose the reader by going too far into examples, just enough to get points across. It's definitely a resource that's worth rereading whenever you need to remind yourself how to keep growing your stream.
I have been uploading videos to YouTube for around 3 years now and have built up a reasonable channel. However I have always been hesitating about starting streaming, I knew it would help my channel but I didn't want to try to start streaming and then see little results. This book has certainly given me the confidence to start streaming now and I would recommend this book to anyone who streams or has a YouTube channel.
I purchased this book for my library because I teach a series on Twitch streaming as a Twitch affiliate. I have been looking for a few books to be able to bring to the program for checkout. I read through this after receiving it and was sorely disappointed by it. The tips are mostly very generic, grammar errors litter the pages, and I will admit to finding myself angry within the first couple of pages of the book. (As a female streamer, and someone who focuses on getting other females into streaming, just "being a girl" does nothing to help boost numbers.)Needless to say, I will not be adding this book to the collection, and am hoping that with Twitch growing in popularity, more books with better content and better-edited content will find their way into the publishing world.
